Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team เปิดตัวรถแข่งฤดูกาล MotoGP 2026 อย่างเป็นทางการ ณ กรุงโรม ประเทศอิตาลี ภายใต้ธีมใหม่ “Black and Light” ที่สื่อถึงความแข็งแกร่งและภาพลักษณ์เรซซิ่งที่ดุดันกว่าเดิม โดยยังคงใช้สีเหลืองฟลูออเรสเซนต์อันเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของทีม แต่เปลี่ยนพื้นขาวเดิมเป็นสีดำ ช่วยเน้นรายละเอียดตัวรถและความดุของดีไซน์ใหม่อย่างชัดเจน

สำหรับนักแข่งสองตัวหลักของทีม ได้แก่ Fabio Di Giannantonio และ Franco Morbidelli ซึ่งยังคงร่วมทัพในฤดูกาล 2026 พร้อมเป้าหมายยกระดับผลงานจากปีที่ผ่านมา และผลักดันทีมให้เข้าใกล้ตำแหน่งหัวแถวมากยิ่งขึ้น

Di Giannantonio มองว่าการเริ่มต้นฤดูกาลใหม่มาพร้อมความมั่นใจ ด้วยประสบการณ์ที่สั่งสมจากปีที่ผ่านมา รวมถึงความเข้าใจในตัวรถ Ducati ที่ดีขึ้น ทำให้เขาคาดหวังว่าจะสามารถกลับมาท้าชิงผลงานที่แข็งแกร่งกว่าเดิมในปีนี้

ด้าน Franco Morbidelli ซึ่งกำลังก้าวเข้าสู่ปีที่สองกับทีม VR46 ยอมรับว่า “MotoGP 2026 จะยากขึ้นมาก” ทั้งในการควอลิฟายและรอบแข่งขันจริง พร้อมชี้ว่าทีมจำเป็นต้องดึงศักยภาพทั้งหมดออกมาเพื่อสร้างผลการแข่งขันที่มั่นคงและต่อเนื่อง

ขณะเดียวกัน Valentino Rossi เจ้าของทีมและตำนาน MotoGP ให้ความเห็นว่าลายใหม่ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อให้รถ “ดูแข็งแกร่งและเรซซิ่งกว่าเดิม” พร้อมทั้งยืนยันถึงมุมมองการบริหารทีมที่ต้องเตรียมความพร้อมทั้งในแง่เทคนิคและกลยุทธ์ เพื่อรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงกฎในปี 2027 ซึ่งอาจส่งผลต่อการจัดทีมและตลาดนักแข่งในอนาคต

โดย Rossi ยังเผยว่าทีมกำลังมองหาโอกาสใหม่ ๆ ทั้งในด้านการพัฒนาและความร่วมมือกับ Ducati ระยะยาว เพื่อสร้างความแข็งแกร่งต่อเนื่องในระดับ MotoGP

Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team has officially unveiled its new 2026 MotoGP livery in Rome, Italy, under the theme “Black and Light.” The new design retains the team's iconic fluorescent yellow but replaces the white base with black, giving the bike a stronger, more aggressive, and more racing-focused appearance.

The team continues with its two main riders, Fabio Di Giannantonio and Franco Morbidelli, both staying for the 2026 season with the ambition to improve their performance and push the team closer to the front of the field.

Di Giannantonio expressed confidence ahead of the new season, noting that his improved experience and growing understanding of the Ducati machine will be crucial for achieving better results in 2026.

Franco Morbidelli, entering his second year with VR46, highlighted the increasing difficulty of the MotoGP 2026 field, noting that both qualifying and race pace will require maximum effort from the entire team to remain competitive.

Valentino Rossi, team owner and MotoGP legend, explained that the new livery was designed to make the bike appear “stronger and more racing-oriented.” Rossi also emphasized his long-term vision for team development and the importance of preparing for the major regulation changes coming in 2027, which could reshape team structures and the rider market.

Rossi confirmed that the team is continuously seeking opportunities, particularly in strengthening the long-term partnership with Ducati, to ensure competitive progress heading into future MotoGP seasons.
