Shimoda ไม่จำเป็นต้องชนะ แค่จบอันดับ 2 ก็เพียงพอคว้าแชมป์

รุ่น 450SMX

Jett Lawrence นำ Hunter Lawrence (น้องชาย) อยู่ 6 แต้ม และนำ Eli Tomac อยู่ 16 แต้ม
หาก Jett หรือ Hunter ชนะการแข่งโดยรวม จะการันตีแชมป์ทันที
Tomac ต้องลุ้นให้ Jett จบต่ำกว่าอันดับ 4 และ Hunter ต่ำกว่าอันดับ 3 จึงจะมีโอกาสพลิกคว้าแชมป์
